Senator Brown's office will be accepting programmatic and congressionally directed spending appropriations requests for FY25 through 11:59pm EST on Friday, March 22, 2024.
To submit a request for funding for a specific project, start the Congressionally Directed Spending Application. If you are unsure which application to use, please refer to this guidance document.
To submit a request asking the Senator to support funding for a government program or account, start the Programmatic Request Application. Please note that programmatic requests require applicants to include the President’s FY25 request for the program. The President’s FY25 budget request is not expected to be released until March 11, 2024; therefore, programmatic requests submitted prior to March 11 or submitted without all requisite sections of the application completed will not be considered.

The Senate Appropriations Committee requires senators to post their congressionally directed spending item requests on their public websites, as well as their financial certification disclosures attesting that the senator does not have any financial interest in any of the CDS items they request.

To submit an appropriations request, you must first create an account on the Senate Office Application Manager (see Application buttons above).
After creating an account, you may sign in to create, edit, and complete your application.
Each request (programmatic and congressionally directed spending) requires its own, individual application.
You may submit more than one request; if you submit more than one request, you must rank your applications in order of priority.
NOTE: Submitting appropriations requests to Senator Brown's office does not guarantee that a request will be submitted or fulfilled.
