Federally Designated Spending Request Form

Senator Brown wants to assist Ohioans in their pursuit of federal dollars for worthy projects. If you are interested in seeking a Congressionally directed spending item, please download and read the instructions attached here and complete the appropriate form below attached below:

This form is intended for organizations requesting funding from the following fiscal year 2011 appropriations bills:

  • Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies
  • Department of Defense

This form is intended for organizations requesting funding from the following fiscal year 2011 appropriations bills:

  • Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies
  • Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies
  • Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies
  • Financial Services and General Government
  • Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies
  • Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies
  • Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs
  • Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies

These questionnaires are intended to provide basic information regarding an appropriations request. All requests should be completed and returned to our office no later than February 12, 2010.
